What is the minimum age to rent this property?You must be 18 or over to rent this property.

What happens if I damage something in the property?You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

What is your refund policy?100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in. Please note that free cancellation deadlines are calculated in the property's timezone.

Is there parking on site?Yes, there is unallocated parking for one car in the car parking area outside the apartment block.

Is it self-check in?Yes, you will be sent the door code and instructions on where the apartment is located 24 hours before your arrival. Someone will pop by after you have arrived to make sure you have settled in, otherwise you are left to enjoy your holiday.

Can you help me book ski lessons?Yes, we offer a full concierge service and can assist you in booking Airport Transfers, Ski Hire, Ski Lessons and Guiding. We can also help with pre arrival shopping, wine delivery, restaurant reservations, in property massages and anything else you need to make your holidays a memorable one.

Is it ski in, ski out?The apartment is not ski in, ski out, but it is a very short walk to the Golf chairlift.

How far to the shops?Meribel Village is a mini Meribel and has its own delicious french bakery (with amazing croissants!) 2 Restaurants. A lovely Apres Ski bar, A Ski Hire Shop and a small supermarket. These are all located very close to the Golf chairlift and are about a 5 minute walk from the apartment

Can I bring my dog?Sadly, we do not accept pets in the apartment.
